7. Each member is allowed one login account. Registering with multiple accounts is not allowed.

9. Also while these rules cover most common situations, they cannot anticipate everything. Consequently we reserve the right to take any actions we deem appropriate to ensure these forums are not disrupted or abused in any way.

VIP Members

1. VIP Membership group is based off donations of the user's choice. Members are entitled to large profile pictures, signature pictures, a larger avatar picture, more Private Message storage and a Red titled username.
2. VIP Membership terminates after 6 months.
3. Should the user become banned (either temporarily or perminately) no refunds will be given.
4. All payments are considered donations to the Club, the club owner will use them as needed. No refunds will be given.
Advertising Services and Solicitation

1. We do not allow people to post threads or to send private messages or emails to users here that advertise or solicit any products, services, funds or donations. Explicit advertising and solicitation in signatures is also prohibited.

6. Sponsorship/Vendors. Sponsors/vendors are allowed here at the terms agreed upon by the company wishing to advertise, sell, or distribute their product using dcevoclub.com or its sub-sites as an advertising medium, and DC Evolution Club. All terms of agreement must occur via Certified Letter or via FAX, email or private message, as well as any changes or amendments to any agreements. Sponsors/Vendors and their employees should conduct themselves appropriately on the forums, and not resort to name calling or "flame wars" with other sponsors/vendors and members of the community. Any actions deemed inappropriate by DC Evo Club staff or owner results of termination and forfeiture of all money paid for vendor status and or advertising costs. There are no refunds. Please make sure you want to commit to becoming a vendor/advertiser on DC Evo Club as you are bound to these terms. Should you be a normal user when you sign up, you agree that you read and agree with sponsor terms, if you establish a vendor/advertising status at a later date, and convert your account to a vendor status.

B) Cancellation: If a representative of DC Evolution Club or your company decides to terminate your sponsorship/vendor status on the website, dcevoclub.com and its owner has the authority to terminate your account without notice, and with no repayment of any type due. However, upon notice, the sponsor/vendor may terminate account upon request. Upon termination, your account will be returned to a "Registered User" status, your name will be changed to a normal account, thus removing the @company or company name, if you have a company name as your handle you will be asked which name you would prefer. Upon termination, your Private Messages may be deleted if deemed appropriate, without notice, it is your responsibility to make sure you keep your own records, as DCEVOCLUB.com does not accept this responsibility. DC EVO CLUB reserves the right to terminate vendor/sponsorship agreements if found in violation of any rules of the forum, upon termination all monies paid will be forfeited, and there will be no issuing of credits or payments. Any missed payments or mishandling of funds via Paypal (our payment processor) can result in full ban of account or removal of vendor status. Mishandling could be considered falsly reporting any transactions that are indeed correct. YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY/ALL SUBSCRIPTIONS YOU SETUP IN PAYPAL.
